Dale is a business operations executive and change agent who drives turnarounds in business performance, productivity, and efficiency. He is well-versed in project management tools as well as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen, and Kanban methodologies. Dale inspires cross-functional teams to consistently implement innovative strategies to solve critical business performance challenges.
Prior to joining Clearing Pathways, Dale served in management roles at companies including Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Softchoice Corporation, Honeywell International, and Axalta Coating Systems. He developed supply chain excellence programs to eliminate waste and enhance bottom-line revenue. Dale has also built, launched, and managed global programs such as Operational Excellence, the Global Business Continuity Program, and Project Management Offices.
