Dean Racioppi

Dean is a respected leader dedicated to safety, growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. His career spans over 40 years in the following focus areas: environmental assessment and remediation, heavy civil construction, industrial wastewater treatment, waste minimization, and management consulting. Industries served include electric power, petrochemical/refining, chemical manufacturing, aerospace, waste management, and water management. In addition to serving as an associate to Clearing Pathways, Dean supports select clients in achieving operational excellence and business development objectives.  His passions lie in the areas of strategic planning and growth, business process management, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.

Prior to engaging with Clearing Pathways, Dean served as Director of Business Development with Odin Environmental Solutions LLC (Odin). His efforts included CRM implementation, Enterprise Playbook development and implementation, and strategic sales planning and execution. Before Odin, Dean served in business development, project, and program management roles with national environmental assessment, engineering, and remedial construction companies. Previously, Dean’s consulting engagements included Air Products & Chemicals (APCI), BASF, Engelhard Corporation (EC), and a variety of small specialty businesses.
