Ed McKinley

Principal Consultant

Ed is a principled engineering professional with 37 years of technical leadership experience in key manufacturing and business functions for refining, chemical, and plastic manufacturing plants.  As a plant manager, technology director, and manufacturing VP, Ed has driven significant business improvements through process, cultural, and behavioral changes across all work groups. He has held roles in operations, process control, reliability, quality, safety, change leadership, and business transformation.


Ed has extensive experience working with major petrochemical companies, including Flint Hills Resources, Celanese, and OxyChem. He utilizes advanced facilitation tools to create transparency, enhance collaboration, and identify the capabilities needed for transformation.
