Eric Gratz

Senior Consultant

Eric is an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for technology integration, process optimization, and business transformation. He brings over ten years of plant engineering experience in the chemical and petrochemical industries.


Prior to Clearing Pathways, Eric served as an Automation Engineer and Process Engineer at manufacturing plants including BASF, Chevron Phillips Chemical, Mitsubishi Chemical America, Solvay, and Honeywell.  His work included driving process optimization, plant automation, and the integration of new technologies such as digital twins and model predictive control. He also supported the commissioning and startup of plants in Saudi Arabia and Texas.
