Kevin Green
Principal Consultant
Kevin is a Senior Project Manager and Chemical Engineer with 46 years of extensive experience in project management, engineering design, and chemical plant operations management. Throughout his career, Kevin has managed capital improvement projects from inception to completion. He has gained expertise in the renewable fuels industry, environmental control, specialty chemicals development and production, and various projects involving a variety of unit operations.
In his role as a project manager, Kevin has developed and refined the organizational methods needed to efficiently and effectively manage both small and large projects. These methods reflect the experiences and lessons learned from each project he has undertaken. Consequently, Kevin has created several project management training rubrics and procedures and has trained many new project managers.
Kevin has managed projects for Osmose Holdings, Buffalo Color Corp (formerly Allied Chemical), Honeywell UOP, Thermal Kinetics (RCMT Technologies), and others. Additionally, Kevin founded and successfully ran an independent consultancy focusing on capital project management, project team development, and engineering training (CEUs).
