Ron Ringness

Ron excelled in the material handling and packaging industries as a senior executive and managing partner.  He served as the management lead in a career spanning over 45 years compiling sales of over $2 billion in pallets, containers, and lumber - both wood and alternative materials.

Ron has a very successful record in starting, acquiring, growing, and divesting several businesses.  For example, he started a technology driven packaging systems business, which ultimately reached a Top 3 position in North American marketplace and was ultimately acquired by ITW corporation.  He also built three different sales organizations into successful revenue and profit-making entities, tallying $30 Million, $100 Million, and $250 Million.  Finally, Ron served as the lead negotiator in seven acquisitions to enhance growth and profitability of the parent company and created and managed five start-ups to profitability and ultimately sold at multiples exceeding industry averages.
